The Indian National Blind Cricket Team, winners of the 2022 Blind Cricket World Cup, visited CGI Seattle earlier today.
Over the weekend, the visiting Indian team played against Seattle Thunderbolts at Marymoor Park and won the match batting first.
The visit was aimed to promote the game of cricket amongst the blind in USA and advocate for its inclusion in the 2028 American Paralympics. (9 September 2024, Seattle)
