The Consulate General of India expressed appreciation to the Gandhi Peace Network of North Dakota for honouring the memory of Mahatma Gandhi at the Peace Park in Bismarck on 27 February 2026.

The visit also included a productive interaction with Mr. Kevin Klipfel, Executive Director, Bismarck Parks and Recreation, to explore the possibility of hosting commemorative events on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti in North Dakota.
